This trip has been planned for almost a year and it’s finally almost here!! I leave tomorrow so this maybe the last post from me until I return next weekend.

I’m working on shutter speed and aperture… so this is all I have right now. Gotta play with it more but I thought I would post my progress.

ok just one dog… but I’m working on capturing eyes. I always have a hard time with my dogs eyes turning green… unfortunately only the last one is unedited… but I love the catch light

My co-worker laughed when I got excited about noticing the Depth of Field in a photograph today. :p

Not a very good shot for eyes… but I just loved it

I was out at the park, in the freezing cold, shooting photos for the Shutterbug lessons. When I looked out in the distance and saw the geese! I couldn’t help myself I had to get a few shots of them.

Last night I went to see my cousin’s band, Third Grade Haters, play with my friends band, Vertigo! So of course I took my camera! I think they turned out ok. By far not the best I’ve seen but not bad for an amature like myself!

When I was in Georgia for Christmas there was this great tree behind my Aunts house. Squirrels and birds would hover around the bird feeder… the bird feeder was “squirrel proof”
